Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and BlitzFinder for using our website (blitzfinder.com) and the BlitzFinder iOS app. By creating an account or using BlitzFinder, you agree to them.
1. What BlitzFinder is (and isn't)
BlitzFinder is a marketplace: managers post short-term door-to-door sales opportunities ("blitzes"), and reps browse and apply to them. BlitzFinder is not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any deal made between users. Pay, housing, transportation, schedules, and everything else about a blitz are between you and the other user. We don't guarantee that any posting is accurate, that you'll be hired, or that you'll earn any particular amount — do your own diligence before committing to a blitz.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials private, and use one account that represents you personally.
3. Rules of conduct
Don't misuse the platform. That includes:
- Posting false, misleading, or deceptive blitzes, profiles, or credentials
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
- Spam, scraping, automated data collection, or attempts to break or overload the service
- Posting content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share
- Using BlitzFinder for anything other than connecting about door-to-door sales work
4. Your content
You own what you post (profiles, resumes, blitzes, messages). By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it within the service so BlitzFinder can work as intended. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. In-app tools let you report content or users; we review reports and act on them.
5. The service
BlitzFinder is provided free of charge today; features may change as the product grows. We work hard to keep the service available but it's provided "as is" — we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BlitzFinder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes, losses, or outcomes arising from arrangements made between users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
7. Ending an account
You can stop using BlitzFinder or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
9. Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use BlitzFinder after changes means you accept them.
